Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping world-wide.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard US shipping on all orders over $30 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami-Dade, FL.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number. The delivery within the US takes approximately 2 – 5 business days.
First shipping is expected to start in the beginning of October, 2020.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder! If it’s still not there, please contact us here.

What is your refund/return policy?

All of our products are backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team within 30 days of purchase and we will send you a full refund or replace your item.

We are a non-profit organization fighting for the same causes as you. Are you open to donating your $1 per pair program to our organization?
